The first, foremost and original site created by Steve on the topic of celiac disease is the largest of them. The Sensible Celiac features a discussion forum, pages with YouTube videos about celiac disease, a news page, listings of books about celiac disease as well as gluten-free cookbooks, and a very large gluten free food store that offers items from 3 different partners (Amazon, glutenfree.com and FoodServiceDirect).
The Celiac Shop is a gluten-free food store, now in it's 4th generation of store software, having been redesigned on a number of occasions. It offers gluten free food for sale in a number of categories that are based on the purchases Steve has made over the last decade-plus of living a gluten free lifestyle. You'll find descriptions of gluten free food products as well as links to those products for sale at Amazon.com. At Celiac Snacks there are pages about various types of gluten free snacks, while at Gluten Free Pastas you'll find pages about the major manufacturers of gluten free pasta with information about the companies.

My Celiac Blog is essentially an ordinary blog just like any other personal blog, with a few added pages listing gluten free food sources. On the other hand Gluten Free Store and All About Celiac (.com) are self-updating sites that use RSS feeds to produce new blog posts according to scheduled background processes. Gluten Free Store is almost exclusively used to list posts about GF food for sale, while All About Celiac (.com) lists food items as well as recipes and news about celiac disease.
In addition to all of the highly specialized sites listed above we offer two more that are sort of niche stores. Each uses a different and unique piece of software to offer gluten free food items for sale, primarily those available through our partnership with glutenfree.com. Gluten Free Pro is just for gluten free food, with a few added pages of news and recipes for people affected by celiac disease and autism.
Gluten Free Search uses a different software package and includes links to items such as gluten free vitamins listed at online pharmacy sites.
